This multivitamin can be used to support eye health and maintain health of capillaries. This multivitamin may assist in the prevention of Vitamins C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, Beta-carotene and Biotin, deficiency when dietary intake is inadequate. It also may assist in the prevention of Zinc, Iron and Iodine deficiency when dietary intake is inadequate. Vitamin D helps calcium absorption and a diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis in later life.
