This formula contains:
– 23 specially selected ingredients
– Vitamin B12 to support nervous system health
– Nicotinamide and Vitamin B5 to support energy levels
– Vitamin C to reduce free radicals formed in the body
– The biologically active form of Folate, L-5-MTHF, to help prevent dietary
– Folate deficiency and assist healthy red blood cell production

Dose
WARNING: If you are pregnant – or considering becoming
pregnant – do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting
your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms
retinol equivalents – Vitamin A can cause birth defects. Adults: Take
1 hard capsule with water, once daily. Or as directed by your
healthcare professional.

CAUTIONS/CONTRAINDICATIONS
WARNING: This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high
doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from
dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamins and minerals
can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Do not use
if cap seal or if inner seal is missing, torn or broken. Contains soya
bean products and sulfites.
