May assist in the prevention of vitamin C, D, E, K, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, Biotin and Betacarotene deficiency when dietary intake is inadequate. It also may assist in the prevention of Zinc, Iodine and Chromium deficiency when dietary intake is inadequate.
