Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. (Contains vitamin B6).

Directions
Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Store in a cool dry place below 25 C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if cap ring or seal under cap is broken or missing.
