ASSEMBLY & HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS

- Loosen locking ring.

- Push in pin push button and slide up or down to adjust height.

- Lock pin push button into notch when height is appropriate. Ensure pin push button is fully protruding for a secure lock.

- Tighten locking ring and check height is appropriate. Adjust if necessary.

HEIGHT MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Put on your walking shoes and stand upright. Let your arms hang naturally with a slight bend (15C30 ). Measure from your wrist joint to the floor. This is your walking stick height.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Wipe with a mild soap and water. Dry thoroughly.
