However, if the symbol appears often, we recommend you seek medical advice. Please note that the device does not reolace a cardiac examination, but serves to detect pulse irregularities at an early stage.

Remove all jewelry, such as watches and bracelets from your left arm. Note:if your doctor has diagnosed you with poor circulation in your left arm, use your right arm.

Roll or pushup your sleeve to expose the skin. Make sure your sleeve is not too tight.

Apply the cuff to your wrist with your palm facing up.

Position the edge of the cuff about 1cm~1.5cm from wrist joints.

Fasten the wrist cuff around your wrist, leaving no extra room between the cuff and your skin. If the cuff is too loose, the measurements will not be accurate.

Sit comfortable with your tested wrist resting on a flat surface. PLace your elbow on a table so that the cuff is at the same level as your heart. Turn your palm upwards. Sit upright in a chair, take 5-6 deep breaths.

Press the start/ stop button to turn on the monitor and it will finish the measurement.
