Directions

Dosage - Twice daily application to each nostril may be adequate. Use up to 4 times daily. If congestion persists, consult your doctor.
Directions - Blow nose gently to clear. Remove protective cap. Spray in each nostril by squeezing pack firmly. Replace protective cap. Each pack should be used by only one person
