Directions

Adult: For the relief of NERVOUS TENSION, STRESS and MILD ANXIETY: add 6 drops to vaporiser or add 5 drops to 10mL Vegetable Glycerine or Full Cream Milk and add to bath water. If symptoms persist consult your health care practitioner.
