Active Ingredients: ACTIVE INGREDIENT PER 2g SACHET: Caffeine 80mg. Our caffeine is derived from natural coffee beans.

ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS: Glycine (an amino acid) and colloidal anhydrous silica.

Allergen Contains: Caffeine

Adults: One sachet (2g) daily or as directed by your health professional. Take with a meal. Add the powder of one sachet (2g) in a glass, followed by 200ml of room temperature water or fruit juice, and stir thoroughly until the powder is mixed well. Avoid taking too close to bedtime. May affect sleep.

Due to the nature of this product, some clumping of the powder may occur. Once stirred through, consume immediately. Alternatively, the contents can also be blended into smoothies and shakes or mixed into cold foods such as cereal and yoghurt.

Storage Temperature: Store below 25 C in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
