Metsal Heat Rub Cream provides temporary relief of pain associated with sprains & strains, arthritis & rheumatism, lumbago & fibrositis. It is non-greasy, invisible, and non-staining.

Metsal Heat Rub is a temporary pain relief cream ideal for before, during or after sports or everyday activities. Established in 1971, the Metsal brand has had a long history of supporting Aussies in sporting and everyday activities.

Metsal Heat Rub Cream works by helping to increase blood flow to the area to help relieve pain. It is suitable for temporary relief of pain associated with muscular aches & pains, including sprains, strains, arthritis, rheumatism and lower back pain.

While using this medicine
- For external use only.
- Keep away from eyes and open wounds or skin abrasions
- Do not use heat lamps, heat pads, hot water bottles or bandages
- If rash or irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Ingredients

(in each g): Methyl Salicylate: 283 mg, Eucalyptus Oil: 88 mg, Menthol: 20 mg.

Directions

Gently smooth a small quantity of Metsal cream into the skin 2-3 times a day. The cream penetrates to provide relief from pain. Vigorous rubbing is not required.

- Sport: Apply before, during and after sport to relieve sports sprains, strains, muscle and joint pain.
- Before Sport: Apply before sport and warm up before activity.
During Sport: Apply to sore and tired muscles and joints to relieve pain.
After Sport: Apply to muscles and joints to relieve pain associated with sprains, strains and sore muscles.
- When injured: Rest: Rest injury for at least 48-72 hours.
Ice: Apply ice to injured area immediately for 20 minutes every 2 hours to reduce swelling and pain.
Compress: Wrap injury with compression bandage.
Elevation: Elevate injured area to reduce swelling and pain.
- Recovery: Metsal Heat Rub Cream can be applied to muscles and joints once the swelling has subsided.
