INC? Plant Protein Blend (92%) (Pea Protein Isolate, Brown Rice Protein), Medium Chain Triglycerides (3%), Natural Flavours, Branched Chain Amino Acids (1%) (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), Salt, Vegetable Gums (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Sweeteners (Steviol Glycosides, Thaumatin).

Directions

DIRECTIONS: Use up to 2 serves a day.

HOW: Add 36g (1 sachet) to 350mL of water. Shake or blend until mixed and serve.

May also be added to other foods to increase protein content.

WHEN: Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise and within 30 minutes after exercise.
