Deep Heat Original Heat Rub is a topical pain relief cream formulated for temporary relief of muscle, back, neck and shoulder pain, strains, arthritic pain and joint pain. It contains menthol at 58.8mg/g and methyl salicylate at 127.4mg/g, delivering penetrating heat to the affected area. The cream is designed to be applied in a thin layer and gently massaged in until fully absorbed, with use up to 2-3 times daily as needed. The formula is described as non greasy and does not stain clothes. It is suitable for targeted relief across areas commonly affected by muscular and joint discomfort, including the back, neck and shoulders, and is supplied as a 140g cream.

Warnings

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight. Avoid prolonged exposure in the sun. If irritation develops, discontinue use. Contains a high concentration of menthol, which can cause severe skin irritation. If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area. Contains chloroxylenol as a preservative. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist or if irritation occurs, stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Do not use if you are allergic to salicylates or taking anti-coagulant medications, if pregnant or likely to become pregnant, or in children 6 years of age or less. Do not use on skin that is broken, cracked, sensitive or irritated, if tube seal is broken or missing, or in conjunction with heat pads. Directions
