Ingredients

Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia and Lavandula Hybrida), *Nerolina (Melaleuca Quinquenervia), Jojoba (Simmondsia Chinensis), Chamomile (Anthemis Nobilis), *Banksia (Banksia Spinulosa).

Directions

Diffusion: Add 6-9 drops to water in your diffuser.
Inhalation: Add 6 drops to 1 litre of steaming water and inhale, avoiding eye area.
Massage: Add 6 drops to one tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into required area. Mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
