Microwave Warnings

MICROWAVE OVENS VARY IN POWER. HEATING TIMES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE MICROWAVE.

NEVER LEAVE IN THE MICROWAVE UNATTENDED.

DO NOT HEAT FOR MORE THAN 15 SECONDS CONTINUOUSLY AT A TIME.

EXCESSIVE HEATING WILL CAUSE PACK TO BURST OR LEAK.

IF PACK STARTS TO BULGE, STOP MICROWAVE IMMEDIATELY.

DO NOT USE CLEAR SIDE OF THE GEL PACK ON PEOPLE WITH FRAGILE OR SENSITIVE SKIN UNLESS PACK IS COVERED.

CAUTION RECOMMENDED - Adult supervision.

DO NOT USE ON INFANTS.

DO NOT USE if pack is punctured or found leaking.

WASH SKIN THOROUGHLY with water, if contact with the gel.

For repeated/extended use, consult your physician.

Persons who have circulatory or sensory problems, hypersensitivity to hot or cold, or a history of frostbite should consult a doctor before using this product.

Always test the pack temperature prior to use.

IMPORTANT

USE ONLY as directed.

STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

May be stored in a fridge or freezer.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Do not wash.

Sponge with a damp cloth.

Air dry completely away from direct sunlight.

Non-Toxic gel: Propylene glycol, water, sodium, CMC

COLD APPLICATION:

Freeze for at least 2 hours.

Apply to injury using the soft fabric side. If application becomes uncomfortable, remove pack for a few minutes, then reapply.

HOT APPLICATION

Fold straps back and place in microwave ensuring pack does not touch the walls.

Heat for 15 seconds. Rest pack in microwave for 1 minute before handling.

Cautiously test for desired heat. If not hot enough, redistribute gel and continue heating in 5-second increments until optimal heat is achieved. Ensure to rest the pack after each increment before handling.

Remove pack from microwave. Apply pack to injury using the soft fabric side.

If application becomes uncomfortable, remove pack for a few minutes, then reapply.
